Since the ep was all about house and wilson being gay, I thought house was gonna realize the 2 bad guys were gay in the end, and his diagnosis was gonna be something regarding too much anal penetration.

Taub was indeed great in this episode, only way he coulda been better would have been if he didn't show up at all.

I think putting him a bit into the background with only a few good lines is a great way to get him some more likability from people.
