Awesome episode! I was reading this thread before I got a chance to watch it, and was like "13s face when...?" then the scene came and I was like "Ohhh... LOL!"

Milk/cofee scene had me go AUGH!LOL irl.

Adam Garcia! <3 I could totally hear his accent peek through at times.

House detox's, Cameron and Chase get married, divorced. House steals Cuddy's House. Wilson gets back with ex-wife, Foreman and 13 break up. Taub and 13 leave, both come back. Now House is going back to therapy, I don't see it as that boring, or more shit going down.

House's detox was awesome. It was an amazing and very strong season opener. I could give less of a shit about Cameron/Chase, and it seemed like she'd been looking for an excuse to leave for a really long time, so I was just kinda like "eh" when she finally did leave.

Any scenes or episodes involving Wilson and House interacting and generally being dicks to each other were good. The gay proposal cockblock was pretty epic. 13 has become infinitely more likeable after the writers stopped trying so hard with her and her emo dying attitude. Foreman is the opposite; he's more interesting when he IS emo over turning into House. I like Taub, though. I don't like Cuddy with Lucas, mostly because I don't think the actors have much chemistry.

Last season (as well as the last parts of season 4) had a lot of personal shit going on, and it's hard to top that and go back to "formula," unless the medical stuff is really awesome, which - the cases haven't really been anything special.

Fair enough. Can you remind me what went on in season 4/5 all the seasons blend together.

I can see that it seems like there is less going on compared to other seasons, but I feel like it still isn't that boring. Though I think we both agree that individually the episodes are win.

Season 4 was House picking his new team, reality-show style. I lost interest kinda early on, but then got interested again after Wilson started dating Cut-Throat Bitch (Amber). Then in the season finale, they killed her in the bus crash, which I am totally not ashamed to admit I bawled like a baby over. 13 found out she has Huntington's in the season finale, after a minor storyline where she avoided getting tested.

Season 5 was at first House and Wilson getting back to BFFs. Then it was pretty formula for a while, minor stuff here and there with Cameron/Chase engagement, 13 emoing out, 13 dating Foreman, etc. Then mid-late season Kutner killed himself and House started hallucinating Amber, tried to kill Chase, hallucinated some more, and then freaked the fuck out, and it was glorious.

lol excellent synopsis. This season, while still pretty good, doesn't compare to the last 5 or so episodes (let alone the whole) of season 5 which were probably some of the best TV I've ever watched imo.
