I love the episode but it bothered me when they said "Half a lung" <_< It's not half a lung, it's 1 lung or two lungs.

I didn't think the kid's acting was TOO bad. I just think it had to go toward the part he played.

This episode was hilarious. >.> House and Cuddy had me worried for a while though, really thought them being a couple was going to end up killing the patient. And yes, ending was really sad. =(

I think living lung donations often do only use half a lung? I'm absolutely not trained in any field even remotely related to medicine, though.
