God I loved this scene, just to have him choose the same procedure anyway. And Chase/Taub hitting on the new nurse. I loved this episode.

AMAZING Episode! I can't believe they thought it was a good idea to put House in front of a group of adolescents and expected him to be mature :D.

The ending was pretty cheesy though... had it in his pocket and everything><. Other then that a perfect episode, my favourite by far of the season.
