Yeah that shit actually pulled me out of the episode. I don't mind subtle product placement, but that shit felt way too forced.

Not as bad as some of what I've seen in Bones where it can just suddenly turn into a commercial for 30+ seconds, but still pretty out of place.

It's always been there.
One episode in the early seasons had House playing LocoRoco on the PSP, another had him playing something on the DS.

Today's was blatant as shit though. Panning to the Ford logo, hot doctor talks about her great turning abilities, pans back to Ford logo. Really pissed me off.

I think Parks said it best with "You really think I care about your car?" in that same scene. Pretty much how I felt exactly after seeing the 'Wait, this isn't an ad' moment....

If they need to do some blatant advertising, have House himself will do it. If anything it'd be a good laugh.

If they need to advertise to keep the show going, I'm all for it. I notice it, but it doesn't bother me much as long as it's funny or entertaining. I'm not likely to go out and buy a Ford because some rich doctor on House has one lol

I thought the gun was symbolic of House hanging onto the memory of his stepfather.

Also, was the thing at the end with the Asian doc asking Chase out her way of trying to piss off Cloverdoc? That's what we were thinking but we weren't sure.

It might have been intentional to piss her off, but I think she actually likes Chase also, so two birds with one stone. I believe she senses Chase and Adams have this thing between them (even if they cant admit it to themselves) and decided to make her move in the elevator to avoid rejection. She knows Adams wont say anything and neither will Chase so she can force the date.

I hope this leads to the aforementioned catfight.
