Think they'll end the series with House happy with his wife? or end it in a cynical sad House style way. Would be nice to get closure that House is finally happy but I can understand if they left him to his usual miserable, but interesting life. Final scene will be him and Wilson quoting Confucius outside their office as the camera pans away.

I think the last scene is him killing 13 and then they'll pan out. I don't think they'll kill him or send him off in any way. I thought maybe it may end with House killing himself after he offs 13, but he's far far too rational to off himself. Maybe they go Saprano ending a cut away as House contemplates killing himself. Unless he thinks chase can replace him, he realizes his life is too valuable to too many other people, so I think he lives.

I think it's pretty clear he cares about her and based on what happened during their immigration interview (where she begged to stay saying she loved House) I think House really believes she will up and leave if she finds out she's been approved.

I don't think those were the actual documents, just a letter stating that she was approved. I assume the documents would be sent at a later date. Which is probably how she will find out.
