Jesus christ. Wilson's Speech when House found out he was going to give himself treatment struck so close to home for me. The transplant is exactly like that.
My 27 year old friend. Made it to his second year after his transplant. The Survival rate should have been in his favor. He died.
My 17 year old friend. During his surgery of his transplant. The survival rate was in his favor aswell. He died on the OR.
My 43 year old friend. She survived the surgery. She just started dropping after that and soon died. I don't think she made it to her first month.
My 58 year old friend. Didn't even make it a week after his transplant.
I may be able to push forward but my thoughts are almost exactly like that of Wilson's this episode.

Looks like Cameron's coming back too. Even Kutner is. Seems everyone but Cuddy will be in for the finale lol.
Anyone else see the parallel between Wilson pleading with House not to take him to the hospital, and House pleading with his ex-gf not to let them take his leg?
Never thought about that, but that could be the reason he didn't take him to the hospital... gj
Top tier episode. So many jaw-dropping epic moments.
I laughed pretty hard at the Weekend at Bernie's ending. Classic shit.

If it had the proper set up with other conclusions and a few tweaks, could have been the final episode.
Well, there goes just about every theory posed so far.
Wilson dies, House kills 13, House goes away to jail. Series over. How morbid.
Wilson lives, 13 lives, house lives. The only way to end House in an episode titled "everybody dies" is for everyone to live.
13 Dies, Wilson Dies, House lives.
