Episode wasn't stand out spectacular, but its hard to have a bad house. And as was stated, the ending is fucking awesome if you pay attention to the whole show.

The medical case was decent... nothing too special. But there was hilarity everywhere especially with the Secret Santa (Kal Penn did a lot better as a regular cast member than I thought), the donkey show girl, and the whole I-never-tell-a-lie discussions. The look the blond chick gave House after he asked if she has ever been in a donkey show nearly killed me lol.

Also, shooting what he sucked out of the mother into the girls mouth was hilarious. I don't care if it's milk...they just sucked that out of a swollen tumor under a womans leg, I wouldn't want that on me at all much less in my mouth.
