I loved this episode. Best part imo was when House was discussing cable and having to pay for it. Someone said something like "You have to pay for cable now". His response was "Damn, I'll have to stick to the regular channels. Oh well, Tuesday won't be that bad" (ie House is on Tuesdays). That wasn't exactly verbatim but I got a great laugh out of the joke.

No, I've always gone with the belief that House does care (about some people) but he refuses to show it(like when she brought it up in the episode, he just ended the conversation). Which is why Wilson can see House's courtship, because only people close to someone like that will see the signs. I'm sorta like that myself, which also might give my opinion about House a little bias, lol.

Best Episode this Season!

There were so many parts I found hilarious...I lost count. Wilson saying, "How are you doing?" You didn't ask me that after I fell down a flight of stairs! Or the part with Cameron saying, "You'll just have to watch basic programming!" and House responds, "Shouldn't be too bad...at least on Tuesdays," lol.

It's really too bad that this season will be cut short due to the writer's strike. I was finally enjoying HOUSE episodes again, not that I ever disliked them...but it seemed to get a bit stale after the last season. It's good to see everything picking back up.

Oh! Lastly, the preview for the next episode where House talks about Wilson dating the 'frigid bitch' and says, "Oh my god Wilson, your dating me!" lol, I can't wait.
