God damn that ending , fuck it to hell.Spoiler: show
Wilson isn't going anywhere, read an article in Entertainment Weekly a few days ago that said his character was resigning from the hospital, but that eventually House would need his help for a case and all would be resolved between them.
Thought the ending was pretty good. I have high hopes for 13.
seriously, I hope they get this high school drama shit over quick, or at least make it entertaining.
I'm confused. I thought 13's Huntington's test came back negative at the end of last season. This season she says she has it? Point me straight people!
Why would you think it was negative? They showed the test result strip, with many tests run on it, and ONE BIG RED LINE with "reactive" or "positive" for Huntington's.
Shit was pretty clear, rewatch season finale.
Haha thanks. Not sure why I thought she didn't have it.
Hmm I thought it was a decent premier.
As for those looking to torrent it, TPB had it up a couple hours after airing.
You'd probably be just as annoyed if they put the big development arcs in now and put House/Wilson arc in the backround (which they actually may do to extend the House/Wilson feud). Give them some time and I'm sure they'll work them in to be meaningful doctors. Kinda hard to shove them in while keeping the old cast around AND developing them extensively.
Don't forget, last season was woefully short because of the writer's strike; they may have had plans for some of that in mind, but never actually got to do them and instead pressed ahead with the key story turns they wanted to accomplish.
Now that they have a full season to work with, I'm sure we'll see better developments on them.
"house's head" won an emmy
woosh
I wonder if there was a Poll for "Why are you watching "House"?" what kind of reasons people would give for it.
I think as show progresses, the "office politics" has overshadowed the cool aspect of weird cases and medical mysteries it has originally presented in the first seasons.
I'd agree with that, though I'm not complaining. I feel many times that they've already done as much as they can with coming up with unique interesting cases and having interesting side characters (family/friends of patient) who try to add some sort of dynamic (good or bad) to the case itself. So it often feels to me at least, that all that's left is the office politics and the personal lives of the main characters. So long as they keep that interesting and fun I've got no problem with that for now.
Something else I noticed from comparing the old crew to the new crew...Each of the old crew had specific roles in terms of their specialty (Foreman=Neurologist, Cameron=Immunologist, Chase=uh, I forget) and their personal background played heavily in why House hired them in the first place. I could be just missing it, but I don't think any of the new staff have any kind of defined role in such a manner yet. Of course, that could be just something that got overlooked a little with the writers strike and everything...
Because as you stated, I'd like to see if people watch TV for something else other than mindless flashy entertainment.
