He had the same problem between teams, randomly wandered around the hospital just talking about his case. His solving ideas came from the likes of a janitor (among others), simply because he would catch wind of a simpleton idea that applied to his cases that were outside his normal train of thought; this would lead him to a diagnosis he hadn't otherwise considered.
edit - posted in wrong thread lol
In last night's episode, did they ever say what the problem was besides "Brain, not brain"?
Also, did they ever say what was different about her eyesight besides it being blurry and gray? I thought I was paying attention and was slightly disappointed when they didn't fully reveal what was wrong with her brain.
Other than that I loved it. The PI is a mini-house in a different line of business.
DUDE, PI is Private Dancer! :O
I think the problem with the team is that they haven't had time to grow. We didn't just have the attachments to Cameron, Chase, and Foreman in the beginning, but as they had struggles that we followed and as they interacted more, we grew to liking them. They had good stories behind themselves. As time goes on, I think (and hope) that this team will become just as developed.
Leave it to Ludacat. That scene was awesome, I was hoping she was not hallucinating.![]()
If I understood it correctly, I thought it basically meant some of the cancer cells that came with the transplants are something got on her brain and tried to act as regular cells, but would fail to do their job, causing her issues. I'm not 100% sure. I think that's why he said "Brain, but not brain" because the cells were not the correct cells.
Well from what I got from it, "brain, but not brain" means there was some sort of growth. When House was talking to Cuddy he kind of explained what was going on with those "things" (i forgot the actual term, someone help me out here) that got in the blood vessels, and those "things" were what killed all the other people. Since they traveled in the blood stream, that's why it affected different organs in the other people. The chemo seemingly worked cuz it made those "things" smaller which is why everyone thought it was cancer.
So the diagnosis WAS there. It was just a little bit confusing since there was a lot of back and forth. Good episode, though. I thought the PI guy was likable overall, but definitely not a replacement for Wilson.
Anyone else LOL when Kutner sprayed Foreman with poop?
Ick. Noticed some big spelling problems in my post too. game=came, and "something that got on her brain, etc" D:
But yeah, that's pretty much what I thought too when he was explaining the situation.
why would house put a patient on retainer that's just dumb
