Great episode I thought. Enjoyed everything revolving around House again, and as usual, nothing changed by the end.

I was upset at the end when they said House would be back in 2 weeks. Then at the end of 24 they said they were doing a 2 hour ep next week and suddenly all was well again.

The only thing that got me this episode was when they were doing a cystoscopy. I recently had that done and when they were doing and the kid said it hurt, it shouldn't have. Unless I was just writhing in somewhat pain to misunderstand him. Shit doesn't hurt until it goes past your prostate into your bladder. Numbness for the win.

I liked the Methadone part of the episode, as somebody who has done it I totally understood what was going on when House stopped breathing. That shit is scary but at the same time you are so relaxed that you don't give a damn.

When I took it, I layed down, my heart beating a mile a minute. I smiled a bit, almost sure that I wouldn't wake up so I said my last words and went to bed. Damn I was shocked when I awoke the next morning.

I have to admit that was a pretty good episode. I think it's a bit bs that House would give up the Methadone(sp?) treatment, but it's a tv show, etc. All in all, I liked it.

House won't give up his intelligence for anything in the world. It is what he treasures more than anything and every time he "cures" himself of his leg pain he once again realizes how his leg makes him more capable as an intellectual/doctor.

That was definitely a great episode as others said. I thought the ending was pretty funny after everything they went through to find out the kid was only there because of dehydration. >.>

I was more shocked to see House walk around without his limp while on Methadone. His limp has become such an integral part of the character, it was a "wtf moment" for me during those couple of scenes. Still a great tv show no matter what kinds of shit my friends give me for watching it.

The no limp/no beard thing made House look like a completely different person to me. House just isn't House without those two things.

That scene with Cuddy and Thirteen in the same room was gold.

I can't even imagine what it would be like if I said everything on my mind. Cause...to be quite frank, I feel I would be locked up for the shit going through my head on any given day.

I recently got my Mom into watching House, seeing how we already watched Heroes on that night. She was dieing from laughter with the 13 and Cuddy scene.

Overall a good episode, I am going to predict that House will end up diagnosing Wilson's brother, ending up in him killing him or saving his life. Either way I think it will either make Wilson and House have another thing that brings them closer or that much more separate. Even though I could see House curing his brother and then Wilson's brother remembering what Wilson did and hating him all over again.

I do wonder though if they're getting a bit low on plot devices to throw in, or just thought this was a good time to throw Wilson's brother in. They set this up in season 1 or 2 I think.

Excellent episode and yes the scene with Cuddy and 13 was great, I like how that is House's way to compliment Cuddy, lol.

I'd definitely put this episode in my House Top 5. In a season where we've had Foreteen shoved in our faces pretty much the whole time, This episode had very little of it, and it added some depth to the relationship between House and Wilson.

oshi it took me forever to identify Dutch Wagenbach in the patient's bed...looks so damn different when his hair is actually its natural grey.
