I still don't understand the purpose of putting Taub in the show. He's the most boring douchebag ever. House is a douchebag, but at least he's really interesting.

I think the fact that he's really interesting without being a horribly broken personality is what keeps House's new team entertaining. He's like a combination of Foreman and Chase, sycophantic and willing to break into patients' houses and being the token colored dude when Foreman isn't around to do it.
