Yeah I was hoping it would be Taub too. Kutner had been great comic relief lately. I'm still slightly bitter they didn't do more with that ending. I thought for sure House was going to find something during the funeral, but all it led up to probably was proving Wilson right in that House is losing his "gift" of judging everyone's character almost perfectly since he clearly misjudged Kutner.

C'mon you guys, why do you think they were giving Kutner all those great lines lately? They were just priming us for this episode. You can't kill Taub, wouldn't miss him near as much.

Just heard a rumor from some forums that Kal Penn left the show because they're bringing his character back in 24. He played a Terrorist in Season 6 and if this is true they would probably bring him back for season 8 which starts shooting next month. Don't know how credible it is, or if some people would agree with the move. I think its a pretty bad move to go from a stable show to one where they kill off every character at the drop of a hat.
Take it with a grain of salt though, we'll find out when more info on the next season of 24 is released.
Edit: NVM, information is most likely false, after checking past season he supposedly died in Season 6.

Kutner being gone kind of drops the show a few notches in my mind. I'll still enjoy it but yeah penn was the greatest latest addition.

The House-Cuddy-Wilson trio alone makes the show enjoyable. As long as those 3 exist in their dynamic the show will be a hit. Everyone else is just potential bonus. Originally Posted by Ryko

Agreed, after House he was my second favorite character. Sad to see his is gone but at least it wasn't some retarded dart throw by the writers that decided his fate. He spoke at my University last year (I got his signature on my House Box Set) to campaign for Obama, so I can see where he is coming from. Still saddens me though... Originally Posted by Ryko
