Once Cuddy knew about the Detox, they went straight to his place. Why would they tell his team? House is not a fan of putting himself in vulnerable positions, and in previous episodes when his old team has seen him detox, he's played it off (Detox) or only let someone he trusted get close (Cameron), or only seen them because he didn't have much of a choice/used the case they brought him as a distraction (season 3 Tritter/rehab storyline). He didn't even trust Wilson to stay with him for this detox; I think if he had called his team now, it would have seemed musplaced and forced. "Goin 2 detox brb!"

I thought the "big spoiler" would be that either Cuddy was quitting, or she was going to fire Wilson to piss off House. I definitely did not expect that turn of events.

He was hallucinating everything. From the point where he went into Cuddy's office (in the last episode) to tell her he was hallucinating, he was actually hallucinating. He never told her that he was hallucinating, she never came over, they never had sex, and he never detox'd. I guess it /could be/ schizo, but he was never off of the Vicoden to tell if it was or not. Dunno why he went to a mental institution unless they offer some kind of advanced detox. Only other confusing thing was why in the hell was Cutner in the episode. Seemed so out of place.
