Well nobody ever said not to camp on an HQ chance day.

You mean every day but day one? Surely if the argument is "we dont go because we wont get claim anyway, so Dynamis is a better option", whether or not the pop is HQ or not is totally irrelevent. You wont get the claim either way, right?

You must not camp a lot of Kings if you think HQ can pop on day 2 and 3.

Well whatever, and beside the point. Day one, two, three, four, or fourty, if your reason for not going to camp is because it is impossible to claim, it doesnt matter if its a 200% Nidhogg chance.

You've missed the point that the question at the beginning of the thread was if its worth skipping events to camp 100% NQ Fafnir when you struggle with claims.

Nobody ever said anything about skipping HQ chances, since 1) linkshells still actually wipe to Nidhogg (go figure), and 2) no drops compare to a HQ King.

Its not irrelevent when an HQ day wasn't the question of debate. Good day sir.

Actually, the initial post says "the HQ chance is kinda low". Kinda low implies to me low, but not non-exsistant. Considering you killed Nidhogg either that day or the next, kinda low obviously doesn't mean non-exsistant.

Ryko's very first question was what day was the camp, to which I responded day 3, meaning no HQ chance.

Being able to see the scenario shouldn't of been very difficult at that point. Rocl used a bad choice of wording, maybe because he just didn't know that day 3 meant no HQ chance. It was still made pretty obvious there was no HQ chance within 3 posts.

Seeing as how he made the poll to ask the forums what they would do in our situation, and seeing as how our situation was a day 3 fafnir when our claim rate blows and we had another event scheduled, I'd say its implied the chance of Nidhogg was 0.

In this case, everyone EXCEPT those that were in your linkshell and knew otherwise were uninformed, and asked for their opinions to be interjected. There is no need to be rude for the sake of being rude.

In any event, this is an argument of semantics and not actually relevent to anything. I am right and so are you, and regardless of if it is a 0% Nidhogg chance or not, I would still vote to camp Fafnir and delay dynamis.

Answering a poll and engaging in debate are two different things. If you're going to vote and ignore the rest of the thread, thats one thing. If you're going to post your opinions and disregard what everyone else is saying, thats an entirely different story.

i agree with the day 3 rule, dynamis can be beneficial to all and increase ls bank, and its 100% almost, fafnir all though can be benificial, but the likely hood of claim, good drop, then the always possible drama after if good things drop, then how worth it is it?

The basis of that quote isn't that stupid, but assuming 5 points of DEX would allow you to use Red Curry on everything is. General speculation has always equated DEX (AGI for Ranged) to some form of increased accuracy although people tend to argue how much of an impact it actually has.

Ah, way to miss the point of my post. Point is that you won't find rings with 10-14 points of DEX to outweigh the benefits of existing equipment with +Accuracy. If there was, you might very well see that DEX is indeed more beneficial than straight +Acc on more difficult mobs, particularly ones with high AGI. The only problem is finding an item with DEX in a 2:1 proportion to items in the same slot that have +Accuracy.

But hey, I'll just go back to assuming you don't know shit about game mechanics based on your Ultima post and LOOOOOOOL instead of trying to enlighten you.

If you have good drops from HNM when you claim and bad drops from dynamis....go HNM then.
