I never played the first time splitters, but I played the sequel and it sucked. Bigtime.

Ya basically-- the first is up to par with Goldeneye and PD, but meh... Goldeneye was just... you know, back to basics for me.Originally Posted by Shuemue

Holy shit you suck
Timesplitters 2 IS the most fun I've had in multiplayer FPS since goldeneye, not even Halo multi could top it.
Play it again ;POriginally Posted by Shuemue
I didn't like TS2 >.>; And Halo is too flashy and shit D:
2&3 were awesome.
I wanna play 3, maybe I pick it up now cuz of this topic, lol.

I must buy this game, I had rented it on gamecube a few weekends and played it. We had a blast with the minigames but for storyline we got stuck on a robot level. My friends kept triggering the alarm.
As for multiplayer, awesome as always.
I don't know which version had the haunted mansion we we had lots of fun with the moose from that... "The moose is loose!"
And virus mode with a bajillion monkey bots is hillarious too. You really are missing out on alot of fun.
My friend still has a working 64 + goldeneye /orgasm
No seriously, I bought TS2 and the targetting was so disgusting I immediately discarded it. It was so unresponsive and inaccurate. I'm not brilliant at FPS in general but I can usually hit an average moving target, with TS2 it was just spam ammo and hope.Originally Posted by Elcura
you can enable auto lock or something of the sort... much like golden eye it will do some of the work for you.
FPS on consoles + aiming is kind of difficult for those used to mouse/keyboard.
The Ex-Rare team really did a great job with this game series and unfortunately it kinda went under the radar compared to other console FPS like Halo. If you look at the wiki I posted on page 1 you'll see they're working on a new title for nextgen (now currentgen) consoles.
Dreamcast:
Sonic Adventure series
PSO
Skies of Arcadia
Yeah, except that's cheating and it should be only used by 8 yr olds.Originally Posted by SassiAsura
