A lot of people just don't understand fundamental fractions that are taught in 3rd and 4th grade.

I wonder if you need more than average intelligence to understand them.. because I remember understanding that concept pretty well the first time I was taught.. yet every single time the subject was brought up in 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, etc grade the same people would act like they never saw a fraction before.

Step 2: Heres the interesting part! The rate is in cents, so that answer is actually 71.786 CENTS. Wait lets break it down alittle more for the verizon employees. Yes that means that it's 71.786 PENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNYS. Go grab 71.786 PENNNNNNNNNNNNYS and thats how much I owe.
Step 3: So what does that mean Billy? Please educated me since I'm a supervisor representing a multi billion $$$ corporation and I don't know simple math. Sure sir, how many pennies are in a dollar? 100.........? correct. So how many times does 100 go into 71.786. Hmmm.. the answer my calculator tells me is .71786. THATS CORRECT!!! So I owe .71786 dollars WHICH IS 71 CENTS approximately

Anyways this is classic because verizon has always fucked up bills for as long as I know. I don't know one person with verizon who hasn't had problems with their phone bill.
