Steal Gambits
I tried several different methods, but what im lookin for is simple:
At the beginning of a fight, one of my guys will steal, then engage whoever the leader is fighting normally.
Its either steal endlessly, or steal from random mobs I dont want him to.
Help?

When I was lower in level I used:
Foe HP=100% Steal
Foe Lowest HP Attack
And then on the other two characters use
Fow Lowest HP Attack
Now though, I look at how much damage 1 attack does (at my current stage in the game, around 2000 damage) and then add to somebody's macro
Foe: HP < 3,000 Steal
So that when their HP gets low, one person steals, whilst guaranteeing that the other two people attacking it will kill it. That way you don't have the person with the steal macro constantly stealing if you're fighting multiple enemies.

Coolness, I'll try it.
I was/am using:
Foe > 70% Steal
For < 70% attack
I figured, while im fighting with my leader and another member, one guy is stealing, but only until we get it to 70 percent, then he jumps in and helps.

Banned.
1st char
Foe 100%hp: Steal
2nd char
1st char target: attack
When there is an NM, I just go back in menu and activate " target > 10%: steal" for every character

I find what works decently well is...
Steal character:
Foe HP=100% > Steal
Leader:
Foe targetting ally > Attack
When engaging multiple enemies, I command the currently party leader to attack 1, and my steal character will steal from it. Only once though, because it's HP is less than 100% by the second action of the steal character. Then the steal character will steal from another enemy with 100% HP. This often causes that enemy to target the steal character, which then the party leader will automatically switch targets (regardless of whether the first engaged enemy is dead) to the enemy targetting the stealing party member. Landing 1 hit on that, will cause to steal character to switch to any other enemy that haven't been stolen from.

I just use memory cursor and hit x 3 times in rapid succession.
