Not saying there isn't a dupe, but I doubt its an exploit. RMT are leveling at least 100 different accounts at any different time on my server, it would be stupid for them not to cash in on one time quests.

if my memory is correct quested ninja scrolls have also been done in addition to the tele/etc. the volumes of scrolls sold were 50+ of each kind, netting in the region of 200m/server.
a lot of you have assumed it was only on the characters being currently lvled, but is anyone certain? the reason i say this is they are selling a lot of blm scrolls, presumably RMT don't bother with aspir, and just use elemental spells?
it's possible they have botted the entire process of character creation >> running around >> deletion, with a helper character to escort where necessary.

It could be that, but RMT are generally seen wearing shit like NQ Beetle Harnesses at level 50 while exping in the Boyahda Tree, sometimes even without subjobs. You think they'd be willing to drop the gil on oils/powder on either level 1 mules or higher level characters to complete these quests (Mea and Warp2 specifically)?

I think it could possibly be an exploit.

it seems to me like any quested scroll is being targeted by the rmt. here's an example from phoenix:
