Bah, I have no faith in Anime, the Boutou Arc has turned a ruthless Quincy into a puss that cares about a women that's way past dead. The badass-ness from the earlier episodes is all but gone. I know you remember Isida and Ichigo's first meeting, that was awesome.

He still talks about hating the Shinigami and yet I have this weird feeling he will never do anything about that now.

I know I'm late in the thread but during the final episode of the soul society arc the head shinigami old dude said it'd be exactly 1 year before they got back storyline.
It was something along the lines of: "we dont have to worry about Aizen for a while because it will take him exactly one year to prepare to enter Hueco Mundo."

It'll be a year this month (or next, I forget exactly which).

speaking of Naruto; has anyone noticed that during the current opening credits towards the end they show him in timeskip gear for a quick second?

He's like running down some field or the other as the camera is panning up from his feet. His gear is different with black trim on the sides, and when it gets up to his shoulders (because he's obviously taller) right before it goes further he blinks out again and the regular Naruto pops in his place.

That would be kinda weird if they actually already said when the storyline would resume IN the anime lol. I hope you are right though, because the manga is really good and I want to see it in anime form. ; ;

I'm 100% positive becuase I watched that episode over and over (cuz it was totally bad ass (*'-')b ) and I thought it was weird myself.

Yeah, it should definately be getting back to the manga plot soon. The 1 year quote, the episode titles for the next 3, and the newest opening (which shows a lot of the upcoming things in the manga) all kind of scream that.

There should be some nice action, and hopefully it's animated well. Looking forward to it.

As for the manga, I think it will start to get more interesting soon, but I hope (and expect) there are some good plot twists...

About that Naruto fillers comment...I think the fillers are ending around Spring '07 and then getting back to the storyline 2.5years later after Sasuke leaves Konoha.

I'm also a fan of manga now. ;p Getting a chapter per week sucks, yes, but it's better than watching any filler episode.

Sorta a derail, but who would win in a fight? Ichigo with his Hollow Mask, or four-tails Naruto? 8)

Meh, I like comparing manga characters to see who'd win in a fight. After reading a discussion about One Piece vs. Naruto I've been hooked on doing the comparisons. People think that One Piece characters are weaksauce, but if you read some characteristics about them you'd know they own. I think Red-Haired Shanks would fucking own Kakashi or Ichigo.

Yea, it's kinda hard to be original with avatars, so I just jacked the coolest one I saw. >_<

Oh and to the 4T Naruto vs Hollow Mask Ichigo, I'd pay good money to see that. (Ichigo probably get pwned in the long run, he's only got 11 secs of sexiness with mask)

Even though Shanks has one arm, he split the damn sky in half with a basic swing of his weapon against Whitebeard. >_> I think it's pretty obvious who'd win, but I want to see Shanks vs. any person from Bleach.

edit: actually I'd love to see Rock Lee vs. Sanji. Lee has gates, but Sanji was taught by Red Legs(or w/e his name was) and it was said Red Legs' kicks could destroy mountains.

I know this is way off topic. But i wanted to know where i could get the episodes? I've never even seen one and cant find them on my cable channels. And i've heard people talkin about it and seen some clips looks pretty awesome. Was wondering if anyone knew? where i could get them?
