Having a good, healthy sex life is an important part of a successful, long-lasting marriage. Ignoring this as an important factor is foolish, and you will...not...know if you are going to have a good, healthy sex life in your marriage, before you get married, if you've never had sex. Having sex at least gives you a decent idea of what you like, what your partner likes, and how compatible you are.
Sure, many, many marriages have bad or no sex lives. But that's not ideal. Marrying without having sex puts you at greater risk for this.
