Hes only trying to say that one format having a large market share =/= more profits. There are many factors involved, to the point that releasing movies in only one format with a smaller market share and losing out on a certain audience can result in more profits than otherwise. If a single format was dominate, of course it would be better for consumers, but not necessarily producers (seen with marginal analysis).

An inaccurate yet more simple way of putting it is.. major profits are not part of perfect competition, which is the direction that a lack of product differentiation takes you. Well, thats only one part of it anyway.

From the time I ordered them to the time they arrived at my house was about 2 weeks, but omg it is so worth it.
If you play Zelda, you are selling yourself short by not getting them, the difference is like black and white seriously.

I realized GS would not have them.. so thats why I got the better, cheaper Nintendo cirect ones.

Yeah that is exactly what i'm going to do... sucks that i'll have to wait 2~ weeks to get it, perhaps more bacause of X-Mas, but that's fine... anything so I don't have to pay Gamestop for a blatant ripoff.

Spinoff Dragon Quest game on the Wii, Dragon Quest: Monster Sword or something.

You use the remote to swing your sword to attack, something like that. Graphics look pretty good.

LOL, that's ironic to hear.. especially when it's damn near impossible to find a DS here! I had to go to go on a shipment day in the early morning to grab mine and by the time I finished in line there was only one left.. a lot of my friends are trying to find them too, but no luck yet. DS isn't going down anytime soon.. at least not here.

Can't wait for DQ9, woo!

Yeah, but look at the PS3 bundles that are up on Gamestop.com for 3 days now and still not sold out heh... just shows you that people don't really care for the games the PS3 has to offer ATM (besides the fact paying 1.2k for a console is just dumb.)

When and If they will release some noteworthy games in the next couple of months it would be worth picking one up, but since that likely isn't going to happen, i'd rather wait until June when at least DMC comes out.
