They still amaze me when it comes to hate management, BLMs go all out and even when they're lolRDM/NIN tanking stuff they don't pull hate.

It's not that hard if the blm's aren't hitting magic bursts and know how to stay alive when they do manage to get hate. rdm/nin is garnering more long-term hate than a ninja (outside of /brd).

Their Blms temp log for hate repeatedly during the fight to manage hate. They often don't use any melees on it other than those who can trick hate (Thiefs or SAM/THF) and I've seen them have melees just stand around and watch and not fight.

THeir BLMs usually do 2 thunder IVs and then log for hate as a routine.

I have more then enough gil, currency, and support from friends to get myself 2 or more fully upgraded relic weapons.

I decided not to because everyone says it's not worth it.

I think Miyuu just might be the worst RDM on Midgardsormr. I don't give 2 shits if she has 2 relics or not.

In Dragon's Aery, a spider agrod her, and all she did was just sleep it from the spell menu, didn't even equip swap at all. Not even dark staff.

On Fafnir, she casted every single spell in just dalmatica, and tried to make her dual wielding "awesome", but didn't bother hasting herself most of the time and perform any equipment swaps of any kind. You'd think Miyuu would at least melee in something besides Dalmatica, with all that other "DD" gear.

At Aspidochelone, WyrmBrigade thought they could just kill Aspid with 3 Excaliburs, but Miyuu had to go change to BLM after she realized RDM/NIN is useless. I won't even go into great detail about how horrible that fight was, but it was 40 minutes long at the very least, and they never even skillchained while it was in shell.

I can honestly say it's the biggest waste of relics I've ever seen.

A RDM in my shell with probably half the money it would seem she has tanks entire Fafnirs/Wyrms without losing hate to anyone other than subtanks with few and rare exceptions. RDM is a hate machine when played well.

For the record, Lei has sheild/sword/greatsword, and is upgrading bow for his level 30 something ranger.

People don't understand that there was no JP competition on midgard, at all, until NAs started getting into the game a year after they had been monopolizing every NM the game had to offer. They killed the ground kings the same time every day and then went to KA to get speed belts. Everyone from the original linkshell must still have millions upon millions of gil left over from that period with nothing else to spend it on. So why not upgrade some relics now that prices have tanked? The funny part is no one really cares any more, for all their strutting around and acting too cool for school the NA shells of the server make them look like a joke on speed and efficency of kills at fafnir ada and tiamat.
