ehhhh doesn't have anything to do with being an Open LS or HNM LS dynamis, in either case the item is going to waste by letting an idiot WAR have it. It's not good to waste items.. especially rare ones.

My Dynamis LS is made up of like 5 HNM LSes as well and I would never let some lootwhore WAR lot that. It's quite simple, PLD ONLY. Why? Because my PLDs tanking in Dyna are gonna use that and hold hate a little better and help the Dynamis out. Nobody in my Dynamis LS would question it either. It's obvious and no matter what you say, the WAR is a lootwhore for lotting it. He is gimping himself using it and gimping the PLDs he outlotted as well.

I don't accomadate everyone. You put in time, you will get your gear. If you don't you won't. I'm not however gonna let you lot whatever you feel like because you have been in the LS longer. ie. Shadow items go to my PLDs first and then NINs or WARs who tank for me when needed. It's quite simple to make rules fair to everyone. I'm not gonna give Shadow gear to a RDM or WHM or something stupid.

If I was one of your PLDs, I would have left over that.

Open lot with no restrictions is a loot whores heaven.

That's why you sit down with the leaders and write the rules BEFORE. Before the run ever took place, they should have stated PLD only. When my LS started doing CoP zones, which we are still new at, we made new rules on lotting.

If you are smart and fair and your LS trusts you, they won't bitch. Those who do, get rid of them. There are alot of people to replace them with. The ones willing to work in the system and realize why things happen and who should lot what are the ones you keep. Anyone thinking a WAR should be allowed to lot over a PLD on this, should be kicked.
