Probably a mixture of dead skin from playing mario party too much, added to plastic from the base of the stick![]()
One thing I liked about Sony is their controller. At least, I never had to replace those after playing hundred of hours, unlike N64 controller.
All my friends used to hold the 64 sticks with their thumb, so it was constantly pressing down and grinding against the casing. I held it with two fingers, so it only ground against the edges of the base, and it lasted a lot longer that way. I've probably used my PS2 pad at least 10 times as much though, and I can barely tell the difference.
the baby story was true btw.
he told me the baby was crying really hard![]()
I played with 1 controller during my time in FFXI... (on the PS2)... you should see what it looks like now, lol. The analong sticks are extremely loose, and during the last few weeks in XI the character would actually move by itself if I wasn't holding the analog in place (I didn't want to use my other one so I wouldn't screw that one up as wellOriginally Posted by Kaylia
