Non-dual wield has more chances at max strikes.

Dual Wield averages nearly identical, except that some strikes are made with Dagger accuracy which is 5 higher at 75 than club. Not a big diff, but it averages about the same in the end.

care to explain ??

Maximum hit per round is 8, this is a fixed cap. Kraken no dual wield means you have 12.5% of hitting 'max strikes' per round.

going Kraken/Ridill or Kraken/MKris means you have 11 chances of swinging every round, but any swings after 8 will not proc. This math goes past what I'm willing to do, since it involves working with the 12.5% chance of every kraken swing and the 33% chance of every MK/Rid swing.


But in the end, I'm pretty sure that 11:8 is better than 8:8.

Correct, kraken/ridill is entirely more likely to hit the attacks per round cap each round, however the increased delay of dual wielding them doesn't make it worth it if you're doing it for the sole purpose of building tp.

I won with 3BST and my friend went with some BLU NIN RDM set up (not too sure about the exact setup.

My group tried NIN, RNG, BLM. It was kinda messy but it was ok. We went 0/9 on it.

From what I saw watching my brother it attacks like Chary at beginning then spams aoes at end so yeah kinda annoying I would think

We kited it to start. You can also do RDM RNG RNG. IMO save your seals items from other BCs might get pricey if everyone blows their seals trying to get a Kraken Club.

BRD mazurka for hate, kite around. RDM stand in middle & nuke. MNK follow it and kite when needed (hardly ever)

First one went rough but all subsequent ones went well. Was rather easy but no drop. Not even a mask

All the drops (ie mask and stole etc.) are probably deflated to nothing now anyway, since the concept of keeping a constant price and being patient and not deflating the market only seems to stick in the heads of gilsellers....ive seen buttloads of amemet skins up and not selling but the price not being lowered o.O

Went PLD/RDM/WAR with pretty crappy cap gear. Went 2/3 on win, but no drop. PLD just tanked it straight up and RDM can just sleep it and rest whenever necessary. With that being said, manaburn is probably is MUCH easier.

Actually the Walkure mask is pretty rare drop. The stole is the one We've gotten every single win.

Went with NIN, BRD, RDM. Wasn't very hard, although I (the BRD) couldn't land Elegy at all. 0/3 on club, no walkure mask either.
