Stop being a bunch of pussies and send out a real fucking shipment of Wii's please. This "3 units per store" crap has got to go. All it is doing is catering to the assholes who wake up at 4am and camp outside the store just to buy their 10th Wii and sell it on Ebay for 200% profit.

The Nintendo Store in NYC gets ~100 in every single morning, and every single morning there're lines. So I don't know how their own store could have some every day but all others get in like 3-12 a week, unless they are trying to spike the business to their own store and drag it away from others, while retaining the value and all of the system by making it hard to get.

Probably the only time ever I've been glad I was in NYC, was camping out my Wii at the Nintendo store. >.>

unlikely they're doing it to artificially inflate sales at their own places. stores make very little money on the systems themselves, just like things like iPod, and other expensive electronics. So the buisnesses themselves don't care about the system sales, they care about games and peripherals.

Even camping at 3am does squat--- EB/Gamestop here made a "if you line up before 8AM we have the right to refuse service" policy and stuck signs out.. so staying out there 6+hrs still lost me a Wii to someone who showed up at 7.45a ;/

Camped at Target at 3:30 a.m. here in Madison this past Sunday morning - my friend and I were #10 and #11 in line. At 6:30 a security guard came out and passed out tickets - 18 total. There was 30-35 people in line at that point. Came back at 8, picked up my Wii.

Then on my way out of the parking lot I drove past the Gamestop (which opens at 10) with about 30 people outside. Made sure I drove really slow as my friend and I held our Wiis up to the window. Then did another pass by as I left.

Wii rules - that was really satisfying.
