Baby Name HELP (edited Welcome ALEXANDER born 1/7/07)

I always thought Alexander was a cute name, so go with that. Alex is a good name for a boy or girl

I chose Alexander cause I think it's stupid to give someone a name that can't be shortened or turned into a nickname. I'd hate for people to say "Hey Quincy!" or even "Hey Quince!" it's bad. And Connor sucks ass.

That being said my name is Kevin which if you call me Kev or Kevy i am Liable to come un done....My name is Kevin call me that. I always liked the fact that i have only ONE name. Didn't get my nickname Bigstic till i hit middle school(and that was just between a couple close friends). So yeah its hard to think of calling my boy Alex. I know it sounds dumb but kinda how i am. Course after the wife saw this thread i think we are getting closer to narrowing down the name^^

Now she just needs to go into LABOR :wink:

I prefer Alexander over Alex, but I sign everything Alex simply because it's less writing. So I guess it's my fault being lazy haha

And that's something my mother would say, she'd get pissed off at my dad for calling me Alex "WE DIDN'T NAME HIM ALEX GODDAMNIT HIS NAME IS ALEXANDER"

I think Alexander is the nicest name on that list. It's a classic and timeless name, easy pick for me!

Alexander goes very well with those names and its a really nice name that caan be shortened to Alex if your child choose to do so.

When my daughter was born me and my partner had a long list of names to choose from. If it was a girl I named her if it was a boy she named him. Of course when she was born she was named something completly different to what I had thought I was going to call her. None of the names seemed to suit. Eventually I settled on Samantha Louise.
