lol. Guess Minuet/March = Morrigan feet.

What is 15 Usu Feet and 15 Morr. Hands lol ?_?
... ok, lol. <.<
Yes, that or Ares feet, because that little green tease has dropped naught else. Need to try Minne next time.Originally Posted by Seditedi

Love countering with katanas, people are like "wtf was that?" Animation is kinda weird though: kinda like parry and guard had a bastard step-child and named it Katana-Counter.Originally Posted by Seditedi

As to the Zhayolm Froggy's... forgive me for seeming a bit shocked, but are some of you saying that using certain bard songs influences the drops or am I just experiencing wishful thinking??
5F madame been droppping nothing except hikazu gote for my group ever since the epic 4/2 drops when first discovered (2 enlil body, 1 gote, 1 trousers)
gote gote gote gote gote gote goteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eee
6F i only seen enlil tiara lol
guess my salvage luck is up
or maybe the frogs are filled with loots after 1/2 year since we havent found them, and they are at last outa stock now with people farming them every run
as for gote being the best MNK hand piece, i actually agree, since with good acc and counter and subtle blow(in salvage boss expecially), its actually a good meat piece of gear
however my co tank thinks her MNK AF2+1 gloves are better tho /shrug
she's getting spharai soon, hope this gote actually change her thinking
I think af2+1 gloves are better
get a balance of atk and subtle blow
but I would agree, if going for meat, that additional acc would help alot
its very situational gloves
probably the best feature is the +2 counter on them
our mnk tanks all have the assault +5 str +2 counter ring too
Im not sure how much relic helps but I know that ring alone in salv helps those mnks out alot, even tho its only +2 counter
probably does wonders for sam tanks (if that still works)
btw, is there any way to counter the luck in this zone (in terms of cell drops) or its either the initial chest puts out or the lizards do?
guess the thfs in my grp suck since their TH keeps failing for us![]()
i dont know how much relic adds counter
but seen a parse wayyyyyyyyyyy back in merit and countered 70ish %
perhaps the thread still around with search?
They're joking around.Originally Posted by Marinka

hmmm, whats the plan on boss for this fight? I noticed ppl saying the positioning is important, so taht ppl dont get hit by normal aoes but all get hit by the needles, but whats the position plan? anyone could kindly post again? just hard to dig stuff out from a 69 page thread![]()
the simplest way to explain it is the tp moves you want the support out of range of are centered around the mega (or conal from mega) and the tp move you want everyone hit by is centered around the person with hate.
So have everyone run in there tank pull mega but don't do anything to it besides initial claim tilleveryone is in position. Want tanks as far away as melee range allows and want ppl 7-10 feet from tanks. If you are worried, you can always error on the side of being too close. Getting hit with 1 extra tp move isn't too bad. I've killed him 30+ times though and never have gotten too close to his other aoes. (side note: all those 30+ times morri 25 legs was mine and would be 3/3 but never once dropped)
If you want i have my tanks face the mega slightly away from support so that the frontal attack doesn't hit others but this is also easy to do without any real planning and with correct positioning.
Finally, I have killed this mega with 6 but that can be slightly challenging depending on tp move selection. 10ppl is great for a first time if you have that many (not needed though) because 10ppl and shell 5 super super easy.
Also remind ppl to stoneskin if have it and to have a curaga-able person in each pt. Wow.. way longer than needed but just finished 50+ hour process project and i'm not very much here in the brain department right now!
The moves are all 10' (with the distance plug-in), so you want to be 10' or farther from the Chariot, but 9.9' or closer from the tank.
great, thx for the info
Tonight we're hoping to pop the 6th floor Madame in Zhayolm remnants. We will pop the socket/slot NMs, intend to to pop the south NM on floor 3 but I just wanted to confirm that the first floor Madame been confirmed to pop after defeating a Gent without using cells? Otherwise I guess we're better off trying to gear up 3 peeps completely for 5th floor?
We're not a very experienced Salvage group so I thought this might be best for our first shot at this. We did fourth floor north froggy last time.
I do wonder whether 3rd floor frog is worth it because it's a lot of killing but I guess it depends on drops. I'll dupe the ranged we get in case.
That's the correct pop condition for the floor 1 madame. The gent is tough with no cells.Originally Posted by Eldelphia
If you're going to pop the 5th floor north madame for 35s anyway, you're going to be clearing the first 3 rooms on floor 3 south for stats, so the choice you're making is:
12 puks + 1 mamool + 1 gent with no cells used
or 20ish squishy mamools and pets and a rampart with nearly everyone fully unlocked
I know what I'd choose.
If your group still wants morrigan/ares hands, you can clear 3 rooms south + full north on floor 3, and still have time for madames on 5+6.
Personally I prefer just skipping the 1F Poroggo Gent. He kind of sucks tbh. With an experienced group you should easily be able to do 3FN > 5FN > 6F at the very least, anyway. If you can't do 3FN > 5FN > 6F, you likely won't be able to do 1F. Hell, can do 3FS > 5FN > 6F as well.
Ahhh, quick question. We're about to enter and head for BC and someone brought this to my attention that was recently edited on the other wiki (Dec. 3)
Was the stand 9.9 from tank, which places you outside 10' from BC trick ninja'd? If no one answers by the time we get to him in 80 minutes I'll relay back with info 8)AoE about 10.0 Distance centered around chariot. (This is due to recent updates on the NM, have tested it since update and standing @ 9.5' from tank was not close enough to be hit by Discoid.
Because Discoid no longer is 10' centered around target, you must stand within 10' of the chariot at all times. This however, still keeps you out of the range of other TP moves.
well that wiki update appears to be wrong. After needing to move because of a hate shift I was at 12.4 from BC, and 9.2 away from the tank. I was not hit with AOEs, but I was hit by discoid. No Bodb's Slops![]()
I'm sorry, but i don't believe those slops actually drop from this mega...![]()
