i did not stand in range for this one to do a test as u can see in the screenshot i dont have HP cells hahaha

but according to homing missle, its range is wider than discharge and the steam thing

so u can only get hit by homing missle and not get hit by the other 2 WS

someone can go try discoid, then u can share damage from it and not get hit by discharge and steam IF it works like homing

Amazing drops you got there also, looks like we'll be seeing 2 Usukane Bodies soon enough (Lv. 35 drops from Citadel Chelonian right?)

We didn't focus much more on 1F because from the dat monster lists, it doesn't seem like there's a Madame on the first floor.
I double checked the DATs, it kinda looks to me like there IS a Poroggo Madame on the first floor. The DATs here are strange though, even though we know there's 2 Madames on the 3F, there only appears to be one Madame listed in the DATs for 3F. Or maybe I'm just not reading it correctly. Anyway, the DATs list one madame right next to Jakko. That should be the 2F Madame (cell dupe). There's still a Madame before that in the DATs, so that should be the 1F Madame.

If there really is one on the first floor, then it must be some sort of odd condition.

Things I've never done on the first floor:
    - Skip Mamools
    - Go up on a porter to a wyvern room
    - Kill only mobs on one path and none of the others and open the door

That's really about it I think. If the madame was randomly behind one of the doors, I'd imagine someone would have seen it by now. Fighting a Madame on the first floor seems a bit scary. No Max HP/MP and no armor would be a bit hard. Water bomb and ga spells would really stink.

Sounds alot like the cell dupe Madame >.> No HP/Mp at that point. Is that one easier than the 3F Madame? the 3F Madame was actually quite difficult, even with our fair share of HP cells.

Do you recall if Battleclad double attacks or not? I notice that LBC can double attack while LAC cannot. LBC also hits like a truck while LAC is pretty managable as far as melee attacks. The bosses differ on attack pattern so thought I'd ask.

The wiki mentions that if you choose the wrong porter on 4F it'll warp you back to the start of 4F. The DAT files seem to back this up, with 2 sets of mobs listed for 4F North. Now bear with me here, but that means 4F-N and 4F-N (after warp) are two totally different sets of mobs, and perhaps the madame can only be popped from the second set of mobs. Or even worse, perhaps you have to clear all mobs before warping, then get the wrong one, then clear all mobs again to get the Madame to pop.

Has anyone ever killed every single mob on the first floor? Including the Mamool Ja's and the Gents? We almost always skip the Gent's.

Yes. Even said so on the last page. : P

Looking at Airforce's site, he has Madames listed on 1F, 3F (known), 4F, 5F, 6F. Besides 3F, he doesn't have drops listed so they're just guesses.

There's 3 lvl15 pieces and 6 lvl35 pieces unaccounted for. Has there been any NM that drops 3 pieces yet? It could be possible that some of the mobs just have a low drop rate of lvl35 armor like in Arrapago. Maybe the 5th floor Chariot, or 6th floor Greater Manticores.

4th floor north sends you back every time if it's wrong. In one run it took killing each one and having the fourth be the right one.

Don't go north if you want to clear. '~'

If you just want to go up on the 4th floor, it's not much different than the South path except you'll want to leave someone at the porter so that you can get hop on the porter right when the rampart dies. If the no elemental damage on the correct rampart is true, then you should know when you pulled the right one. If you pulled the wrong one, just make sure to let people know to invis right after being ported and run past the mamools and pull a different rampart.

Now that I think about it, that 0 elemental damage is kind of odd. The Poroggo Madames on the 3rd floor pop where the ramparts sit correct? Poroggos are entirely BLMs so elemental magic is pretty much their thing, makes me wonder if there's some sort of correlation between the 1-4 ramparts and the Poroggo Madames unaccounted for on that floor. Figuring out the NMs on this zone is going to drive me crazy. Or just more crazy than I already am.

Can you pull multiple ramparts simultaneously using a ga spell?

Maybe you don't even need to ga. Maybe you can just have 2 people start casting at the same time. Mobs usually take a second to despawn, I'm positive you could at least have a spell land on more than one rampart at once. Maybe this way they won't despawn?

Also, 3F Madame pop condition is related to a rampart. I would expect 4, 5, and 6F pop conditions to all be rampart related as well.

The ramparts looked to be out of -ga range and none agro. As soon as one was agroed the others vanished. As for two people nuking at the same time Ill try that next time we go, whenever that may be.

This was just in the north though, south was cooler.

I'm looking at the following facts:

    1) 3 Lv. 15 pieces haven't been discovered
    2) 3 Poroggo Madames haven't been discovered.
    3) no 35 pieces have been discovered
    4) There's the same number of Poroggo Madames in the zone as there are Lv. 15 pieces

    My conclusion from this is:
Lv. 15 pieces drop from Poroggo Madames. The 3F one drops 2 pieces because the other 3F one drops nothing. 4F, 5F, and 6F Madames each drop 1 Lv. 15 piece, and nothing else.

Lv. 35 pieces drop from something other than Poroggo Madames. I haven't seen anything in any other zones anywhere that incorporates asymmetry, and I dont' think this would be the only instance of asymmetry in all of Salvage. So, what's left?

    A) There's 6 pieces of Lv. 35 equipment
    B) North route is much harder than South route.

So, I think the 35 equipment comes from something on the 4th and 5th floors (North route only, but not madames), and the 15 equipment is madame only. Perhaps clearing every mob on 4F-N and 5F-N a few times will net some 35s. Chariots, Ramparts, gears and reinforcements all have drop potential. Aren't there exactly 6 different types of rampart reinforcements (and 6 35s)?

I killed 4th floor north marid reinforcement and got no drop. Not a super big help but just contributing any way I can.

Wouldn't it make more sense that Lv35 dropped off the same Madames that drop Lv15 just like in Silver Seas since there is some parallel between those two. NMs drop Lv15 and Lv35 as a rare drop.

Just like how Bhaflau and Arrapago are somewhat parallel; Lv15 drop off normal mobs; Lv35 are rare drop from NMs.
