Ya, there are definately 20 in that long room across the top. Every time we go to Zhayolm, I'm very anal about calculating what we need and what we have to kill, and plan the entire run out before going in. I also keep track of how many of what type of Mamool we have killed on the Third Floor North (only), just as an incentive to say "Half dun" or something like that.

Another random question: Has anyone actually seen two Poroggo Madames in this zone? would be gay as fuck if SE made it so you could only go after one at a time :/

Easily tested with 4F and 5F South Madames with this new lolTheory.

My friend's group that poped 5F S twice in a row saw the 4F Madame both times, they just ignored it.

    Re: Salvage: Zhayolm Remnants

I find these recent findings very interesting. I'd like to add my thoughts.

If in fact the proposed theory of killing Mamool Jas in multiples of 5 theory is correct then hopefully a drop will soon be confirmed. Since there are 4 Mamool Ja present on the forth floor southern path that there is no way to be unable to achieve a multiple of 5 regardless of the nubmer of kills on previous floors. I suppose for those people who like to test things solo, zero is technically a multiple of 5...

As far as the north path is concerned, there are a few things that support the number of mobs killed theory. For one, there are consistently more mobs on the north path which tells me you're expected to kill more. Assuming the wiki is correct, I count 8 more mamool on floor 3, 4 more gents and 2 more mamool on floor 4, and 12 more gears on floor 5 (the southern path ones are marked as triple gears when I'm certain they are all singles). Also note that a significant number of the mobs on this path drop absolutely nothing (namely 20 mamools on floor 3 and 12 gents on floor 4, not including machinery) which suggests they might serve some other purpose, in this case to increase your kill count. Finaly, the two JP reports suggest that killing mobs on the 5th floor (namely gears) can cause things to pop.

    These definitely needs more testing.

Again, I have witnessed them dropping cells, albeit in singular form, from these Gents. Extremely low drop rate on random equipment cells (We got Body, Ranged and Legs/Feet iirc; but I know we got 3 (double off of one kill)).

Keep in mind you can kill south mamool and zone north. Wouldnt really be harder to kill 15mamool in south path and zone up

JP LS member of mine is saying that JP theory for 5th floor S frog is between 91-99 enemies defeated.

If this were true, then the run summarized by Wizerd as run 1, which was 114 mobs, would mean you'd have to at the very least discount pets, which would make it 98 mobs killed. However, looking at his run 2, they killed 29 non-pet mobs on the second, third, and fourth floors, which means to reach 91 they would have had to have killed 62 mobs on the 1st floor which while technically possible, is pretty unlikely.

Edit: Another thing I meant to bring up, which I hope is not a factor but I suppose was discounted too early, is some kind of total # of mobs or # of a certain kind of mob conjoined with time condition. The run we copied ported up to the 5th floor at 82 minutes, and we ported up in just under 85 minutes, so it's possible that 114 mobs (or 30 mamools or 16 pets or whatever) = 80-85min window for madame.

Eh. I like the current mamool theory better anyways.

It's doubtful that the condition of any of the Madames is very complicated. Think about what we have so far:

3F: Kill all mobs in a wing, Madame pops.
4F: Get to floor in under a certain amount of time.
5F: Kill a certain number (or multiple of certain number) of mobs.

I'd still have no idea about 6F, but it can't be too complicated. We were overthinking 5FS.

With any luck, gonna try tonight :/

Just a quick Q: Popping 4th Floor Madame is done by reaching the floor between 40 and 45 minutes, correct?

I agree people have been overthinking, but, not to risk underthinking in response, I just thought I should bring that up. Also for 6th floor someone we went with last night speculated killing the reinforcements from every rampart encountered, which sounded plausible in that not-so-overcomplicated way, but I don't know that we'll actually try 6th floor ideas until the 5th floor conditions are nailed down, since it'll be nice to be able to accomplish stuff first and foremost and then test other stuff with the remaining time hehe.

Also, to Aemora, I think any time under 45 min (or at least 35-45) is okay, according to the chart divisortheory had going for a while.

That was my point. There was some pretty fucked up theories going around, which I even believed a few times.

I would say confirm drops from 4FS, 5FS, 5FN, and Chariot(s) before we even think about 6F, since this zone is similar to Arrapago. The 6F Madame may not exist, or at the very least may not need to exist (as in all the other drops might be accounted for in previous floors).

Also, 5 Madames isn't possible. 1 on 2F, force popped, 1 on 3F (Aurik's group confirmed popping both was impossible. I think it was Aurik's group anyway.), 1 on 4F, and 1 on 5F, is 4.

maybe its just kill 5x poroggos, 5 madames would involve killing all that are available I believe.

If that was in response to my "I agree people have been overthinking" comment, I should have said "had" because I meant those proposed in the weeks prior to the last couple days, rather than the new "# of mobs" theories and their derivatives.

    Re: Salvage: Zhayolm Remnants

The verdict is still out, because there was some more text in the original post that said something like "I thought this dropped 3 Lv. 15s at 100%, but we got ares feet!". So that could either mean that he's never done zhayolm and got confused between n/s, or it could mean he's full of crap, or it could mean that the Lv. 15 NM dropped Lv. 35 for some reason.
