I'm betting he was just confused and they killed the 4FS.

I stand corrected. Thanks for clearing that up, I thought only the south path ones had drops.Originally Posted by Aemora
And to answer your other question I've had the 4FS madame pop as late as 47 minutes elapsed (however, I recall an account on this thread of the same time with no pop).
It's very possible that you were slightly off track time-wise during the run you found up at 47 minutes on, since the difference is only 2 minutes.Originally Posted by Sady

Gogo Forbidden~
Killed 26 mamools and it didn't pop... forgot to count the one on 2nd floor, but I realized that too late.
Apparently this Poroggo Madame is going to be hard to pop if this condition is true simply because everyone forgets how to keep count. XD Not pickin' on you, just saying. lolOriginally Posted by Kaylia
Heh I thought that too, but realized you only really need to keep count in the big room. Then just count how many you killed and add 13 (4 in the 3 previous rooms + the 1 on the 2nd floor). If you screwed up and realized it after you ported, you can kill 1~4 mamools to bring yourself back up to a multiple of 5. That's all assuming the mamool/5 thing works out, too.
Ok, the person I was talking about apparently killed 15 Mamool Ja on his run, but the 5FS Madame wasn't up. Now, they accidentally went North path for about 3 kills on 3F before they realized they went the wrong way. They then went South to kill 4 Mamool Ja, totally 15 including the 4th floor.
I say "about" 3 kills because he was on wiki checking 3F information when they were going North. He doesn't remember killing 3, just 2, and apparently someone else in his run only remembers 2. However, their counter says 3.. so I dunno.
Either way though, this made me think... I'm willing to bet 3FN Mamool Ja aren't counted towards the total anyway (which would put them at 12 either way). Reasoning for this:
The first floor Mamool Ja are all Zenist (seen on 3F/4FS paths, but not north).
Of the second floor Mamool Ja, there are Zenist, Spearman, Bounder (all on South), and Savant (on North).
This would also beg the question of whether the Mamool Ja Savant on 2F counts towards the total. Or it could simply just be a path thing, where killing 3F North Mamool Ja doesn't count.
Gonna test this tonight duoing with said member of my group, THF BRD.
That's what I was thinking after screwing upOriginally Posted by Wizerd
Really easy to test, but we are the 2nd group to fail at it in this thread.
And yeah, only specific mamool might count toward the total, but it's gonna be a pain to figure out if we cant find a simple method to pop it every time soon.
i hope the previous drop of 35 ares feet from 4F S Madame is true(although the JP say he killed N and no 15 drop but got 35 drop instead, prob a confused JP)
if it is, then we can prob say all S Madame drop 35 piece?
however there are spectulations that 3 4 5F South madame might not drop anything, but merely act as 6F Madame pop condition after all 3 S madame is killed.
6F madame chance of dropping all 35s that were missing?
zzzzzzzzz JP and their spectulations etc etc
SS pls if 35 ares feet does drop >.>
Say byebye to mega if you need to kill 3-4-5 madame to pop 6. I hope drop rate is going to be good on this one.
Yea, we have a confusion between the total of mamools. Two of us count a total of 14, counter had 15. Another thing, not sure if it would matter but on 4th floor when trying to make it to the #15 count we aggro'd an extra mamool and had to sleep it several times then we warped after killing rampart.Originally Posted by Wizerd
Possible things that could have made it not pop:
A) We killed a total of 14 mobs.
B) We killed 15 mobs but 3 of them included Mamools from the 3rd floor East/North path.
C) We aggro'd and used enfeebling magic (didn't damage) on Mamool #16.
We're going in again and only killing 5 mamools, will have results soon hopefully.
5 Mamool Ja killed, as well as 5 pets. Porting to 4F now, killing the Madame, then Rampart, then 5FS.Originally Posted by Forbidden16

5 Mamool Ja: No pop.Originally Posted by Arthars

Edit: Either there is a minimum number of Mamool Ja required, or multiple of 5 simply isn't the condition.
100% tested, we killed 5 mamool and no madame was up on 5th floor south. This time we didn't kill any mamool from north path on 3rd floor they were all actually from the west/south path, and we killed 5 pets if that was meant to mess the results in any way.
Could be a multiple of 5 but from a higher number of kills? We'll see.
Oh, some other things me and Forb didn't mention. The Rampart never summoned Reinforcements, and we tried to kill the 4F Poroggo Madame (we got it to about 68% but then Frog Chorus with DOTs just worn off, -> 100%, didn't wanna risk running out of time, since we wanted enough time for 5F Poroggo if it was up).
Like Cartman would say, laaaaame. Back to the drawing board...kinda
Would be nice if someone could repeat the 1st run again to confirm it wasn't a fluke and can be reproduced every time, but we can probably do without it.Originally Posted by Wizerd
Based on that, we could easily tell if it's mamool related or not by doing the same amount of mamool kills.
1 mamool on first floor (which one was killed?)
1 mamool Savant (NE) was killed on 2nd floor
24 on 3rd floor (+rampart)
4 kill on 4th floor
I don't have any Zhayolm run planned for a couple of days, but it would be a good start to figure if the # of mamool matters.
i guess we have to do from stretch again >.>
the JP did 30 mamools and 12786378126 mobs
since people kill exactly same mob and number from the JP blog pops it
either we:
1. redo their pattern to see if it pop AGAIN
2. just kill 30 mamool ja since they killed 30 anyway
i'll try kill the exact 30 mamool ja the JP kills, this wednesday
We know it's not "Exactly 30 mamool ja" because the "Group 2" I outlined didn't nearly that many, maybe half. I still agree with the 5 Mamool Ja theory, but I think it has to be more than 5, probably more than 10. 15+.Originally Posted by Arthars
