That's why babelfish fails sometimes It's actually not even a word (although individually the two characters do mean bag, and mackerel), it just happens to be pronounced "kaban saba" which you can probably notice the similarities with "Carbuncle Server". Just a weird quirk of the japanese language, sometimes they like to take made up words and abbreviate them with kanji that sound the same.

Could you be more specific about letting a Qiqirn run to a specific room? I've killed the 3rd floor ones in different locations, but I still haven't seen any lvl35 drops. Just cells from certain ones.
Sorry I meant floor 3 QQ. I was thinking is it possible he only drop when he died in XXX room, or perhaps when he ran out of land mines?

We usually killed them after they run away dropping mines all the while, and they run through the large room in that area and get to the next room over and they stop running and start fighting again then. When they stand still and fight, they die very quickly. Killing them before they get to that room would be really hard, you'd have to zerg the hell out of it really. Plus, I can't think of anything so far in salvage that the drops vary depending on where you kill it. I understand other mobs have 'time limits' built into their killing conditions, but I doubt that Arrapago needs further difficulty added to it. I'm just going to keep assuming that the drops are rare, maybe 10%. Bring those thieves, and do more stealing from stuff too.

That was on Carbuncle (server)? That's what I heard too. I (they?) updated the information about how to get the drop.

Think of mad bombers that you have to kill it before it blow up, just in this case you have to kill it before he ran out the room or, when he stoped and start fighting again, hold him up to see if he would run to another room more or perhaps run back to his old room that he spawned in?

Unless you plan on going for the last boss, there shouldn't be much need to save your 2 hours.

Chances are, this zone and Zhao is designed by the COP team, so we have to open for everything!

All those think Arrapo and Zhao is designed by COP team reply with Aye.

Personally I think Bhaflau was designed by the A-team as a proof of concept. Then the B-team took over and did the other 3 zones, added NMs to bhaflau, etc.

Silver Sea isn't really too bad IMO, actually I like it a bit more than Bhaflau. Bhaflau is definitely easier though

maybe arrapago and zhayolm need to be approached in a different fashion ??

When I did arrapago, we were getting a lot more magic then we do in Bhaflau, atleast thats what it seemed.

I actually think Bhaflau might be hated Lv35 gear-wise if it turns out that some of the stuff affecting ramparts and their HQ reinforcements are random. It will have the stench of AV all over it. And then it will make sense why the Salvage cards are luminian-plated, AV has been hanging around Alzadaal.

    Luminium - Metal
Luminian - Sea organics (Aerns, Xzomits, Yovra, Phaubo, Hpemde, Euvhi, etc.)
Luminion - Sea constructs (Zdei, Ghrah, etc.)

But you may have something there.. Luminium comes from Lumoria! [GM]Luminous may live there, as well.

Did you try stealing from all Qiqirn? I'm curious if they can be stolen from multiple times, or one time only. And if they have fixed steal results, or random

No, because we only got like 3-4 abilities the whole time too.

Why do people dislike Zhay? It's super easy for unlocking everything really fast. Easiest zone to get stuff fast.

Killing all the Psycheflayers on the 3rd floor gave my group more magic cells than we had people there I think. I certainly remember /NIN people getting magic but never getting subjobs heh. They were actually a lot easier to kill than the ghosts were, except for the AoE Bio move got fairly annoying, and with no subjobs, we didn't have that many people able to cure.

Because nobody knows how to pop most of the NMs that drop gear, I think. I'm looking forward to exploring Zhayolm, but we've been stuck on Arrapago for a while.

I'd go do Zhay some more but after farming an ass load of cards my group doesn't want to do it anymore.

When we got to the 3rd floor, we killed the 1st 2 soulflayers and only got opacus (abils) and spissatus (MP). Because only 1 person had spells, and it was a rdm, we got decimated by the bio. So we just moved up a floor for the benediction.

If the first 2 floors don't get retarded about dropping magic cells, then yea you can probably farm the rest off flayers.

You just explained why people dislike ZH...easy to farm, but no point since nobody knows how to get the armor drops.
