6 at 27, but it really I have only been with 1 for the past 8 years (wild high school partying, tipical high school jock thing I guess, until I met my wife-well, she became my wife). As a guy, I always thought it was just about quantity, but until I met my wife, I realize now specially, I was a fool...I barely remember who my first was, hell; I can't remember her name, I just know it was weird, a bit awckward, and the phrase, and unfortunately became a nickname for me, "wrong hole" was said, not by me of course.

When I met my wife, I did not think much about her being the person I would want to marry and spend my life with, but over time, while dating, and her making me wait (lol I fucking hated that, but she was so worth it), she became my best friend, my lover, and the mother my six year old son.

When it comes to the whole sex and multiple partners, what alot of people do not realize is, it really is different with every partner; I have alot of friends who always went by "pussy is pussy" argument, but I can actually look back now (though I guess 6 total is not a big number) the girls I was with, all were different sexually.

You will be with a girl that is easily pleased and may orgasm more than once (as a guy, try to stay hard more than 5 mins...girls like that) and quite fast from the excitement; and sometimes, you will find a girl that takes a bit more work to please. Some are totally into oral (giving and receiving), while others are not; some may even let you stick it in their pooper; others may say "hell no". So to generalize sex with multiple partners is pretty inacurate, and it really does come down to what you are comfortable with. If you just like being able to enjoy the experience, then by all means, just be safe; if you want to wait, more power to you; whichever you prefer, respect yours and other's choices (marsala comes to mind as the most close minded in this topic), it should not be a competition or who is right or wrong when its all said and done anyways.

It's not so bad when they are your best friend as well. Except after your inevitable little occasional spats like normal best friends, you get make up sex. :D

I recommend the film High Fidelity. John Cusack's character comes to a realization towards the end in regards to chasing fantasies and words it pretty well. Not to mention Iben Hjejle is extremely cute in it.
