Runic Portal Permits

When the Astral Candescence is taken from Al Zahbi, the Tarutaru at the runic portal place won't give you a pass (hence, you can't warp to staging points).

If you had bought a pass off him before the AC was taken, but not used it, will you be able to use the runic portal if the AC is then taken from a besieged?

yes. buy one always on your way back from Runic Portal and you will be able to use it even without the AC.

not 100% sure that u can use a permit that u bought before the AC was lost but u can use the portal from any staging point back to whitegate even if the AC is lost. but someone should test if the permit would work if gotten before the AC was lost.
