So i'm trying to download this video, i've only been able to find it hosted by google. Its fanmade, synching up the radio announcer Gary Cohen to a highlight from last years baseball season. Heres the link:

I was at this game, I want this video. Usually, id just right click for properties and get the link. When that fails, check the page source. But google uses some flash to play the video, and some fucked up backwards way of playing it from their page. If you click download in the top right corner, you have to download the google player. Fuck that, i dont want some .gvp file where I have to use some special player everytime I want to watch a video im hardly ever going to play anyway.

Your mission, if you chose to accept it, is to somehow get me this video in a standard format so that it can be played the same way as everything else. .avi, .wmv, .mpeg etc, i dont really care which. I know it can be done, I just dont know how.

If you cant do this, but you can find other sources of this video/audio... thats good enough and I can splice them together no problem.

this addonn saves videos from youtube/google, but it saves them as their native .fla files, im not sure how to convert to AVI, if you find this out then i'd love to have it so i can convert a ton of madTV funnies to ipod format

Works without the media encoder. I think that plugin has been updated, because theres an option to download it as .avi now. WMP wont play it, but both mplayerc and VLC do, so good enough for me. Firefox to the rescue!

Didn't try wafiks because I wouldnt know how to go about converting .fla to .avi without flash MX ;x

A while ago, I found a bookmark, that when you click on it, and if theres a video in the screen, gives you the .AVI.
