Recover MP Armor

I'm curious about how much does Mana Tunic or any other item with Enchantment "Recover MP" actually recover. No need to warn me it sucks, because I know it is a rather small amount, but I'm still curious. Thanks for anyone who answers.

Mana Tunic is 50 mp iirc.

I threw away a pair of Magic Slacks once when they were pretty new to the game (and cheap) because the Recover MP enchantment sucked.

Now, I cry.

Anyway, I find these armors rather interesting to be honest. I can see their potential.

Are they quick to use, at least, like popping a Mulsum (assuming you're already wearing it so the timer is up)? Or does it take as long as a RR hairpin?
