NDS Lite Help / Wii Get

Since quite a number of people here owns the ds lite here, I have a few questions before buying it tomorrow.

I know that in order to play gba / ds roms, I'm suppose to get one of those flash adapter like m3lite / r3 / supercard. What I'm wondering is what is the use of the passcard 3? Is is a need to buy it along with the flash adapater and such?

Another thing is could anyone pm or just post the site where you get the latest gba/ds roms? The sites could be in chinese I don't mind.

eh does it allows gba roms? It's not stated anyone on the website. Seemed that it allows you to do all the homebrew application plus nds roms only. Almost like the m3 ds simply or the r4 ds.

DS Xtreme is a slot 1 cart so it doesn't run GBA games. If you want to run GBA games get a M3 Lite Perfect.

And the Passcard is needed unless you wanna flash your DS, just get it and be safe, you'll need it to flash your DS anyway.

I use supercard lite(NOT RUMBLE), it's easy, simple, and lets me also play gba games.

The passkey- type stuff is used so that you can trick the DS into thinking it has a DS game in it, and is necessary to run DS roms. Without it and just a flash cart, you can only play gba roms.

That's only for a type2 flash cart (the ones that go in the GBA slot)

The newer type1 flash carts go in the DS slot, don't require a key decide, but also don't support gba.

Only drawback to supercards is that it has no real time clock for gba games, if you want to play pokemon <_< (DS games use the ds clock, so diamond/pearl work fine)

Ah well, the NTSC version looks crappy (even though we get a gold CD, it's not the same as the gold cart in ocarina. )

Considering that most of local XI players are JP cock suckers I'd be surprised to find them on this forum.
