Fuuuuck Target.

They really are stock piling all the Wiis and Wii accessories they receive from now until the 21st so they can have a bullshit Wii "re-release" while using the wrist strap recall as an excuse.

Almost all the Targets in my area are reported to have them in stock for 3 days now and they just deny it and claim they are getting a big shipment on the 21st, except for one kind enough guy who said they have them but they aren't even allowed to sell them, let alone tell customers they are in stock. What the fuck is the point? I'm assuming they think they are going to sell more accessories or something during this "re-release."

The few Target employees that gave me information about this nonsense told me to be there early on January 21st. I have yet to see the advertisement for this "re-release" with my own eyes though.

Bump...Everywhere i've called has told me that they are putting out shipments this sunday. 2 best buy's and 2 wal-mart's in my area said they would be putting them out at saturday @ midnight for walmart, and sunday @ open for best buy. If your still looking for one, may wanna call around and check.

Yay me for buying the initial bundle from gamestop.com when it first came out, even if I had to initially pay more and then return the games I didn't want.

I "returned" them to Walmart... I just said I got it as a gift, and didn't have a receipt for them.

They gave me store credit.

Gamestop won't take items from your bundle and refund you, you have to return everything (including the system) if you want money from GS/EB.
