I just called 2 Gamestops and they said it is going to be rare, and they don't know when they are getting it in. I would suggest ordering online if you want one.
By the way, I watched a short interview with the manufacturer, and it doesn't just charge your normal batteries. It has battery packs ala 360's charge kit, and also it adds a new back to the controller for a better grip. Definitely an awesome little product.

didnt say they arent gamers, was saying that theres a large market in certain areas of the city for sports and games with violence. atlanta is kinda seperated and it's very obvious when you go into a mall or area what kinda people shop at certain places.

Yeah, I have mixed feelings about that thing. If that was an official product, it would already be preordered, but I don't usually like third party for things like that.

Those fuckers are ripping people off with intercoolers.... ever since I bought it for the 360 and tried it, I got the red ring of doom (and after taking it out it was gone and 360 was back to normal...)

But yeah it was horrible, the power input doesn't even go in all the way with those things, worst things ever.

I wouldn't put an intercooler on any console anymore... they fuck them up more than they help.

The heat they're supposedly trying to get rid of gets vented back in, it almost fried my 360 when I used it.

And i'm not saying the charger will be bad, I just need to hear some comments from people who have tried it first before I buy it myself... I don't want the batteries to weigh a ton or something, and then have to deal with heavy wiimotes. I guess i'll wait a week and see what people are saying about it.

I spoke with a guy at Wal-Mart here last night and asked him if he knew when they'd be getting more Wiis that I would kill myself if he didn't tell me (really I said that.... jokingly), and he whispered that they'd be getting a few in on the 28th but not to go telling everyone if I wanted to snag one. lol

Tried lbelle's advice on asking if asking if the display of Wii's were the real thing and..nope. I'm geting torn between a 360 or Wii,mainly because I have enough for one of them. When there's a 360 there and there's no wii's i try to get a 360 but I turn the idea down and just wait for a wii(have been since release) really pissing me off..no wii's ill by a 360 but I stop everytime before I do..had a lot of chances in buying a 360 but I just cant. Guess I want a wii that bad .

Availability of Wii in UK still sucks - I've been trying to find one to surprise the other half with with no luck in the Midlands... even to the point of setting my class on the look out for anywhere they saw them.

Finally managed to snag the last one in Tesco doing the weekly shop today.

Other half is now looking completely bewildered trying to figure out the controls of Zelda (and is a cheating bugger when it comes to Tennis - elbowing me out of the way)
