Now I have the ultimate debate, finish FFXII before getting involved with Zelda... *ponder*

all I have to say is that the last 2 bosses are completely epic fights.

also... DONT BE GAY AND GET THE MAGIC ARMOUR.... IT BREAKS THE FUCKING GAME... "Oh, a boss hit me... lets lose 60 rupee's instead of 3 hearts!"

Fishing will give you a buzz too ... I lost track of time and ended up fishing in the Winter time for like 4 hours lol

On topic tho.... The UK has had some seriously shitty stock allocation. They are still getting through the pre-orders from November in alot of the games stores here lol... even play.com are having trouble with the demands.

only thing I am pissed about is having too buy a new wireless router since the Wii doesnt like mine.

I stopped playing Zelda for a while because I got a new HDTV, but didn't have the component cables.

Now that I have them again I'll probably burn through it pretty quickly though (I'm just before the 3rd dungeon, so i'm guessing i'm not far off from the -- zomg -- Master Sword, and being able to transform at will.)

Are the 5 dungeons after this worth it though? I don't think I've enjoyed the 3 first dungeons - 5 later dungeon - final dungeon format since Ocarina (then again, no other game since Ocarina had it right?)

If you aren't counting the "final" dungeon, the dungeons before those have some of the BEST puzzles I have ever seen in a Zelda game, and make for some of the most disgusting fun I ever had (the final dungeon is fun to, but it is final...and the music of the Wallmasters is so...I just don't like it, bothers me, lol). The Spinner and Dual Wielding Claws for the freaking win. I must admit, those boss fights are pretty damn easy once you figure out what to do, but DAMN they are fun...so freaking fun, I tell you! In fact, I'm gonna go kick the crap outta the ToT spider again...brb.

I have kinda' given up calling any more in the area, I just keep getting the highschool phone-answering bitchy girls that just tell me "no," and leave me with that awkward silence where I just go "um, oookay, thanks anyways.." and they hang up without saying anything.

This is exactly the same way I feel. On the flip side, those damn electronics associates probably sit there answering Wii calls all day long, so they're sick and tired of giving anything more than "no". As a matter of fact, stores in my area don't even say goodbye anymore... they just hang up.

I'm going to do the same as Belle and wait until they're commonplace. This just isn't worth it.

Magic armor is ok, the game is already easy as it is. The best part of the magic armor was finding a way to get rid of the damn ruppees in the chests. Find a 50 rupee chest? Have the armor sap out 50 rupees and eliminate that chest from your map.

Ugh I was at the mall today and I went into EB Games and this kid was BEGGING the guy at the counter for something. So I walked like, to the side of the counter to try to figure out what was going on, and the cashier had 1 Wii. He was talking to the kid, and the kid was begging the guy to hold the Wii for him while he ran to get his mom for his money, since she was holding it. And there was this guy that had just walked in that was like, well I'll buy it right now.

So if I had gotten there like, TEN MINUTES EARLIER I would have gotten one!!#~$#~!#$!2532itowekfla so gay!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow that really sucks. I have been avoiding all wii retailers for a while just incase I run into this kind of situation, "hey got any wii's?" "ohhhh we just sold the last one to that guy over there, sorry!" probably would end up mugging the guy lol.

Got mine today. Apparently they're not aloud to say how many they have in stock, just that they have them. I'm guessing that they know when they're getting them, they're just not aloud to say ; ;
Also, all the stores in my area got them today (Wednesday).

LOL to think Metriod and Mario would of come out so soon, Its Nintendo so expect 8-10 months of no decent releases after console release. Metroid will combat Halo 3 in September and Mario for Christmas or if your EU Metoid in Jan next year and Mario around June.
I seriously forgot how long we get stuff after the US/JP from Nintendo.

Yeah if noone has noticed yet, gamestop.com is selling wii packages for pre-order, they ship the 17th. Total waste of money but if you want a wii it's one way to get one. 300$ worth of games in the bundle, all but maybe 1-3 are shitty. After beeing unable to get Wii before Xmas I went out on the morning of 27. and found to have the store with 5 Wiis! I was happy then looked around.... there were 0 Zeldas in stock

As I went to pay my lonely Wii I noticed a dozen Zeldas sort of hidden next to the Cash Desk which werent yet put into their place.


I quickly snagge one and went to pay - while some other guy looked at me funny. I asked him....

Me "...are you looking for a Zelda?"
He "Ummm... yea I am"
I showed him where to get it
He: "Soooo... did you get the last Wii here? >>;"
Me: "Ummm... when I picked mine up there were still 4 around"
I showed him the position of the Wiis, too - he sort of didnt find them lol

The Gamestop bundle is great, you can just go to Walmart and make some story up and get credits for the games you're not interested in.

And yes, Metroid and Mario are a little ways off, but trust me... if you've even remotely played Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess will be a HUGE fan-service for you. I've only gone through 3 dungeons + gotten the Master Sword this far, and the game is amazing.

i remember waiting in line for the wii, and our circuit city was, selling twelve, and we saw the 12th guy get in line, then 45 sec later, 13 pulled up, and we just thought, damn he probably only missed out because of a stupid stoplight or maybe he didnt drive over the speed limit

I just spend the day driving to everysingle place between SF and SJ that carries home electronics and I still have no Wii. The closest call was some EB Games at Valley Fair Mall said they sold the last one 2 hours prior to me arrival. Also, the most information I got out of anyone was some dude at some shitty Sears told me their shipments come in Tuesday and Friday mornings.

I did buy Zelda though... AFK looking at it and being sad.

Just abuse Walmart's dumb return policy and exchange the games you're not interested in for games you want... (or store credit.)

It'll be hard finding a Wii in a store... the bundle seems like the best bet. (Exact opposite applies for the lolPS3 though, heh.)
