The only thing that matters here is if it is a fight to the death.

If it is a one on one fight to the dirtnap, Superman would win. Even with Batman's kryptonite ring in the mix. If you actually read that comic someone posted, Batman's hand was about to break and his "killing move" didn't actually kill Superman, just stunned him.

So you have to ask, is it a no holds barred fight to the death?

(P.S) I don't remember too well but didn't Batman get his ass handed to him by Spawn? ..Twice in the same comic? Just saying cause people seem to believe that Batman never loses.

Because that's the situation. Just about anyone, including Lois Lane, could have done what Catwoman did.

People keep on forgetting that Superman's mercy is as aligned with the character as his super strength. Batman will and has taken advantage of that. The Batman we know fighting the Superman we know, it is a surprisingly close match.
