i'm talking about when you see a damn hole worth 500 dollars in your next credit card bill that you have no idea about (because from all the bits and pieces of small info you give out on the internet, somebody could put them together and steal your credit information and spend that 500 dollars in your name)

Already happening..

The big issue is insurance companies using onboard event data recorders on cars to help sort out the facts from car crashes.

They supposedly only record 10 seconds of telemetric data at a time, but why not 30 seconds or 30 min?

A. A critical thinking course doesn't teach spelling, you still fail.
B. It's a result of stolen credit information. You can't derive that from straight text, you really fail. (it's $500 by the way, not the other way around)

Some cars have the no-key sensor thing so that the engine is just a button push to start.

So just finding that sensor = a free car.

You still need the keys nearby for it to work though. (Well it's not an actual key, but it's the sensor thing that you keep on you so the car recognizes you.)
