In a strange twist, GM Roticani is also the same GM who forced our LS to give up on AV or be jailed. It was then defeated a day or two later for the first time by the...been awhile, was it Remora ls who killed it first? Odin? I forget. Either way it was killed with the same strat he told us was an exploit. After confronting another SGM about his ruling and the overall state of AV I got a series of automated letters and eventually GMs just stopped answering calls regarding AV.

Thank god GMs will never restore anything else for you, thus rendering it impossible to use your ticket until you get the rare one that will do this.

from looks of it the GM didn't switch anything. The person who lotted the a body by accident had to toss it and use up his item restore ticket so the correct person could get the a body.

I'm glad the GM used up the restoration ticket of the person who fucked up rather than the person who got screwed out of the item. Wouldn't have expected that much sense from one.

This is a very nice step in the right direction SE is doing now, if something like this is consistent, I do have faith SE has finally stepped up to be more helpful to us rather than not(in the past).

As much as this is expected, it very much long overdue and, IMO, a bit too late. Although, I do like the fact that GMs are now becoming a little more useful...

Maybe that's why the first GM wouldn't take action. If they were allowed to create items (Beyond Bomb Cores and such) out of thin air without an awful lot of supervision, you know there would be the temptation to start abusing that power for money. I'd guess that the first GM technically has the power to do it, but doing so for anything other than Bomb Cores/Hedgehog Bombs is automatically flagged for oversight.

No the E Body guy (Bradley) started out with both. He ended up with Just E body.

Someone else (sazaza) got the A body.

2 different people with different abj.

I did find it funny he created a new item and Bradley had to drop the A. Body.

As it was referred to as an item "restoration" ticket, chances are they didn't create a new item rather they restored the dropped item into the correct location and hence the person who dropped the item also had to consume the ticket chance on their account.

How would you consider it too late? They still have paying customers. Its better late than never, I think.

The playerbase asked for a way for items to be restored, so they agreed to allow it with certain guidelines (i.e. 1 time per char/acct probably so it does get abused), and there are still complaints? Geez, wheres the gratitude? People will never be happy no matter what they do.

i think one fuck up rule is fair, i dont expect SE to start reimbursing every dumbass that tosses out there kclub every other day. but that rare major screw up to get fixed is fine.
