I think theyre as stupid as the person flinging out the threats. The basic serivce youre paying them for is the right to log onto and play ffxi. They grant some niceities(sp?) But to think that SE owes you anything is pretty foolish.

You're the one that needs to get your facts straight mein. There's a simple reason as to why they do what they do. *SGM* (and LGM) have more leeway to make a choice based on policy and discrestion. You apparently spoke to a normal GM, one of which can't make a choice like that, so he gave you the normal heave-ho. What did you go and do? You threatened a GM (still over a ingame item, your excuse of "refusal of a basic service" holds no weight), that can't take that action... instead of making a smarter choice of appealing to a higher GM.

As for the Gilsellers... where have you been, man? S-E has already acknowledged RMT running rampant. That's why the lolTaskForce was created. GM simply don't have the power to investigate the matters of RMT, only to help players that are stuck in an area, recreate lost items, suspend those that are abusive, etc. They can't use the methods needed to accuse RMT of being RMT. It's like having the Police, then having the CIA/FBI-- Police can't use the methods that the CIA and FBI use to accuse people, amirite?

This isnt the original GM that took my call, this is the 'SGM' I waited 2 days for and didnt even contacted me regarding my original call till I made another GM to ask about it.
