This show is drowning in its epic retardation. Last season turned out to be shit at the end (with exception to Jack being ninja'd away). This season isn't even halfway through and it is already turning to shit.

The fact that Jacks dad was supposedly behind everything back to Palmers assassination (my timeline may be off) and now the CIA or whoever trying to blow up the president and the old terrorist leader while in the president's underground bunker is just stupid. That's even less believable than the bad guys from last season walking onto a nuclear submarine base and finding the captain with the sub.

Did anyone else think this week's episode was ludicrous?

Like the part where Jack strolls out of the consulate's office after CUTTING HIS FINGERS OFF as if no one was waiting on the other side? Or at the very end, when the Russian guard doesn't just, you know, give his phone to Jack.

I honestly was considering not watching after this season because of the sheer ridiculousness of the episode, but then I saw next week's episode preview and OMG AARON PIERCE IS BACK AND HE MARRIED MARTHA LOGAN WUT

I liked this weeks episode, I think youre being a little too "Comic Book guy"ish. Next weeks episode looks like its going to be great!!

Yeah this week's episode was pretty good. I kept thinking that when Logan was in the Russian embassy he was going to just say "Ok man, I know where those nukes are, when are they going to be in the air?" Stupid Jack though... he JUST came back for doing the exact same thing he does in this episode blah.

Keeping missing the "next week on 24" segment because of The Black Donnellys... going to have to catch it on Youtube or something.

Also I don't think Jack was on his way out of the room persay, just was walking away from the guy to maybe make a phone call.

I'm 95% certain that he was sitting next to Martha in the previews for next week's episode. I didn't record the episode so I can't double-check to make sure, but I'm almost certain that Aaron's coming back.

I thought she was going to cut herself...but stabbing him made more sense and was much cooler. That being said, you'd think the secret service agents (or whoever the escort was) would have been paying closer attention to the loony woman with a knife D:
