    Recommendations?

Been in need of some gil for quite some time, with 75NIN avaliable for some soloing stuff...

I've been thinking of soloing ENMs and Limbus whenever possible, but not sure what battlefields and sections to enter... as I've never done them before.

I have a bit of experience when it comes to NIN solo, and the gear to semi-back it up, so unless it's extremely hardcore I think I can manage to handle the majority...

Holy Cow seems like a decent thing to try out, but I have no idea how strong that thing is. Also, any tips on Limbus would be thankful; I know how the chest/time/everything goes, but I need to know which areas are sutiable for NIN solo

    Thanks in advance-

I don't know much about soloing stuff as NIN, but I believe Apollyon SE is the one that can be soloed by NIN, but I've also heard of people duoing it.

Since I'm not 75NIN I can't give much info, but that's all I basically know.

With regards to soloing limbus, you're pretty much restricted to one area for making coins: Apollyon SE. There was a mini-guide posted to soloing Temenos N to try and get the NIN AF upgrade item on the old boards that might take some digging around to find.

Basic gist of Apollyon SE is that the enemies on each floor have damage type immunities. The first floor slimes are immune to blunt damage but take damage just fine from your slashing type katanas. Second floor crabs are immune to slashing, thus requiring you to bring out the daggers and poke them to death slowly.

A NIN equipped with the proper weapons can carefully clear the first floor slimes handily, getting bogged down on the second floor until timeout due to lower dagger skill and the annoyingly defensive crabs.

http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/SE_Apollyon. Wiki link with a good detailed explanation. For your soloing purposes, time chest pops after 2 slimes, HP/MP restore after 3 slimes killed, and the item chest after all non-boss slimes are killed. Same deal for the crabs on floor 2.

NIN/THF I think was noted as the best combination for upping coin drops and granting evasion bonuses. Just be aware that if you mess up with shadows against the slimes they hit really freaking hard; fluid spread AOE hits for several hundred damage and a fluid toss can one-shot a weakened player.
