Heroes and Prison Break. Would be 24 too, but I've watched the last three seasons over 3-4 days the summer/fall after they air on DVD/Torrent and have grown accustomed to the practice. Just have to leave rooms/unequip LSs when the topic comes up between now and then.

Seriously though this and Heroes will be the main thing I'll be watching. I've never watched 24 (Yeah I know, I'm missing out). I'll probably download Prison Break every week too since it looks like Time Warner still won't be carrying FOX in my area anytime soon.
