I was wondering if there was a way to get the songs you buy from iTunes and stick them in a different place to listen in winamp

only one I know of is JHymn. Never used it though, I don't buy music from the iTunes store.

thanks ill look into them.
edit:
came across something called myFairTunes while on the hymn-project forums that worked.
thanks again.
You can always burn and re rip! It's a good way to backup your music and get rid of that ghetto DRM crap!
^^ best way i know. itunes bought files are protected from conversion but if you burn and rerip then you can import as mp3 instead of m4p and then play them in winamp.
people use iTunes to purchase songs?
...
what should they be using to purchase songs then?Originally Posted by Mysterio

Just a quick comment/question, Am I the only one who thinks Itunes is the worst program ever?
I recently downloaded it for my brother so he could put music and videos on his Ipod. I hate the program so much, not only does it hog up a shitload of resources but the constant freezes and itself not wanting to transfer multimedia 75% of the time makes me cry myself to sleep.
I know for a fact I'm not the only one with this problem so... just wanted to hear your opinions. And maybe somebody has a prog that works really good and isn't a piece of shit?
I think it was a crack about people still purchasing music.Originally Posted by Navia

Fuck iTunes. I'm sick of computer illiterate honkies using the shitty monopolistic software for everything-music. They see the logo "Buy Music Off the Internet For Cheap" and jump to the conclusion that it's a godsend. It's a piece of shit, that's what it is. I'm sure all of you know the reasons so I won't bother whining.
Besides this: if you want to download Quicktime to watch some obscure video (that was made by a clown who couldn't use a more general format) then the company default-ly bundles iTunes with it. It doesn't even give you the option to not install it during the installation, you have to go back to the website and go out of your way to find the solo download. Even more annoying than when a website already has the "Send newsletters from spammers" box checked off.
